Hit the lake on Sat. the day
before the Super Bowl.
Should have known it would
be packed but didnt even
think about it. I was too
excited about the week before
and the great bite. Got to the
lake early and went to the
usual spots. 2 quick fish had
me thinking the day would be
even better than last week.
Unfortunately the crowds
were just too much for the fish
and the rest of the day would
be a tough bite. Managed to
catch 2 more before leaving.
A decent largemouth on the
crank and a nice smallie to
end the day. We got rain
coming and hopefully some
water. Things are picking up,
even when their slow!
